Smith Anniversary
I just wanted to let you know that the 25th anniversary party on Saturday was a huge success! Everything turned out perfect and everyone raved about the food! It was so delicious; everyone kept asking who made the food. I told them it was Twin Oaks and if I had business cards I would have handed them out. I’m sure folks will be calling you soon for business.

The set up of the food was on-time (actually early) and done so nicely. Rene and his assistant went above and beyond to make sure that the food was set up the way we wanted. And thank you again for your suggestions on the additional appetizers, they went fast and furious. By the looks of the empty chafing dishes and platters, I assumed that they were delicious.
I just had to convey our sincerest thanks and gratitude on a job well done by Twin Oaks! Because I’ve experienced your commitment in the past, I must say that the catering was the only thing I didn’t have to worry about.

Rutgers University / Pest Fest

For yet another year we have dazzled over 500 participants at our Pest Management Annual clam bake. I believe this was my 32nd, and year after year you guys deliver the goods which send people home with full bellies and good memories. Please know how much we appreciate your being there with us for all these years. Thursday was yet another classic illustration of teamwork, efficiency and downright good eating, myself included. On behalf of all of us here in the office, thanks for a great execution and our best wishes for a successful year ahead. We look forward to you serving us.

Surprise 60th B’Day

I want to thank you for making my husband’s surprise 60th birthday party a day both of us, as well as our guests, will fondly remember. Your professionalism and expertise in setting up my yard made the place just breathtaking. I’ve never thrown a party before where I didn’t even have to enter the kitchen (except to eat) and have things run so smoothly. My guests have told me numerous times how beautiful everything looked not to mention how delicious the food was. Not only was the food top notch, the presentation was wonderful. Please feel free to call anytime you need a glowing reference. Again, hat’s off to you for a job well done!

Just a note of thanks for the outstanding job your employees did at our year end picnic, this past Monday. The picnic was a tremendous success. Our faculty is still complimenting us on the quality of the food and the outstanding service provided. We are looking forward to having Twin Oaks Caterers, for next years end of the year party. Rutgers Alumni Pavilion

My husband and I were married on June 27th at the Log Cabin and Pavilion at Rutgers Gardens. From the beginning, we wanted an elegant but affordable outdoor event to celebrate our Marriage. After our initial meeting with Mike and a tasting at Twin Oaks, we were sold on the quality of the food, but as we worked with Twin Oaks over the course of several months, we were continually impressed. Twin Oaks was far more than just a caterer to us. Mike helped me to think of and organize many details of the wedding that I would have otherwise forgotten., responding expeditiously to any questions or requests I had. Even before our wedding day, I was extremely pleased with the service I had received from Twin Oaks.

On the day of our wedding, my husband arrived early to help set up. Rich and his team of staff had already set up all of the tables and chairs for the reception. We left our table signs and a “sample” centerpiece- which consisted of a floral piece and wine glasses that needed to be filled with water for a floating candle to be placed inside- with Twin Oaks, and they assembled these perfectly for us. The tables looked beautiful and elegant; everything was magnificent.

The service during cocktail hour and dinner was nothing less than exceptional. Rich offered to serve the head table a sampler of food; the bartender, having seen a cork board we’d made to correspond with our “wine” them, saved each cork from wine he opened during the reception; and the staff was friendly and courteous. We received numerous compliments on the food; more than a few of our guests told us this was the best wedding food they had ever had, including my uncle who recently retired from a lifetime career in the Hotel and Restaurant industry.

We wanted to thank everyone at Twin Oaks for all your help in making our wedding day perfect. It was thanks to you that everything went off without a hitch. I would not hesitate to contract Twin Oaks again for my future catering needs and would highly recommend them for any event. Our experience with Twin Oaks was wonderful
